Peshtigo has two industrial parks both located within a newly formed T.I.F. District. The new park, owned and being developed by the City of Peshtigo consists of 200 acres fronting on U.S. Highway 41 and on the northeast city limits. Sewer, water and paved streets will be furnished as development takes place. Natural gas and electricity are available. Will subdivide land to meet your needs.

Several lots are available in the old industrial park. These also have a full range of utilities available. Peshtigo has a revolving loan fund at very reasonable rates to help qualifying businesses start or expand within the City of Peshtigo.
